John is the Managing Director of Visual Eyes Optical Centre. He is a fully qualified Optical Technician & Advanced Optical Dispenser and established the business from scratch in April 1994. He has 26 years experience in the industry and and he still remains very active in the business, and is still personally making all the the spectacles onsite at the Westminster Lab that come out of Visual Eyes.

Kelly is John’s wife and is a new mother of a beautiful baby girl. Kelly has been working in the business for 5 years as an Optical Consultant & also handles all of the accounts. She isn’t seen around too much lately due being a new mum, but is still working behind the scenes.

Janet is our longest standing and very loyal staff member. She has been a faithful employee for 14 years as an Optical Consultant & Assistant Manager at Westminster. Janet will use all of her professionalism & experience to provide you with the best Optical solution possible…everytime !!

Stop the press.  Sadly Janet has just retired. She will be greatly missed around Visual Eyes !!

Jaylene (Jay) is our fully qualified Advanced Optical Dispenser who has worked at Visual Eyes since she was 16 year old. She has spent the last 10 years, mostly at the Dianella, store providing faultless service. Jaylene is very caring and patient, and you will be guaranteed she will go above and beyond to ensure she achieves the perfect result for your eyecare needs.

Graeme Chamberlain

Graeme is our Optical Dispenser/Technician who works at Westminster on Saturdays and has done for over 10 years. Graeme is probably our most experienced staff member after being in the industry for over 30 years. For 17 years Graeme also owned & operated his own Spectacle Lens Laboratory supplying to most of the counties Optical Retailers . He is one of the most experienced & well respected members of the Optical Industry.

Tamara Zecevic

Tamara is our most junior staff member at 16 years old. Tamara has worked for Visual Eyes as an general assistant for since August 2009 on Thursday & Saturdays after school. She is a very respossible young lady who seems to break the mould of the “typical teenager”.

Trish has only been with the Visual Eyes since January 2011, but brings with her a wealth of Optical Consultant experience after being in the industry for over 13 years. Trish has a fantastic sense of humour and will ensure you leave with a smile on your face, as well as perfectly suited spectacles.

Kiara Lankester

Kiara is our latest star recruit, and has been working for Visual Eyes since May 2011. Kiara is a trainee Advanced Optical Dispenser, currently with 6 months to go of her course. Kiara has worked in retail for nearly 10years and in the Optical industry for 3 years and provides exceptional customer service.

Milan is our main resident Optometrist with over 20 years experience. He even ran his own Optometrist business in London for 7 years. Milan is very caring & yet professional in his approach to your eyecare. You will be thrilled at the result he will find for you.
